When you take part in Humans of AI Music we collect the details you enter in this portal: your legal name, the public name you choose, your email address, your Instagram handle if you give one, your language, your answers to the consent form and your typed signature, the time you signed and the browser you signed from, and the photos you upload with the photographer details you provide. Your interview is recorded and transcribed by Whyser, the AI interviewer, under its own terms. This information is used only to prepare, review and, once you approve it, publish your story. It is stored on servers run by Vercel, Neon and Clerk on behalf of AI Music Embassy, and it is seen only by the small Humans of AI Music team.

Your legal name and email are never published. Your public name, your approved story and your approved photos appear only where you have said yes. We keep your consent record and your materials for as long as your story is part of the project, and we review retention yearly. You can ask us to stop using your story, to correct your details or to delete what we hold by emailing hello@aimusicembassy.org. We will act on withdrawal requests promptly, though we cannot recall copies that other people have already made outside channels we control.
